Aseel Saraih is a Yemeni investigative journalist based in Sweden. His work and investigations primarily focus on human rights issues, corruption, and migration, and have been published in Arab and international media outlets. He has also worked as a trainer and editor with local and international organizations, and has served as an investigative editor and supervisor with Al Jazeera Net since 2020. Saraih has received several international awards for his work, including the Samir Kassir Award for Freedom of the Press in 2024, the European Union Award for Migration Issues in 2019, and the first ARIJ Award in 2018 and 2019.
