Mohammed Ali Kalfood is a freelance Yemeni journalist based between Sana’a and Hudaydah. He has written for several international news publications, including The New York Times, The Intercept, The New Humanitarian (formerly IRIN), The Media Line, The Telegraph and Al-Jazeerah English. Prior to 2015, he worked as Managing Editor for the Yemen Observer newspaper.
