يُعد منتدى اليمن الدولي أكبر حدث دولي يُعقد سنويًا بين الأطراف اليمنية، وصُمّم كجزء من مبادرة أوسع يقودها اليمنيون كعملية طويلة الأجل تتضمن عقد مشاورات مع خبراء وجهات يمنية فاعلة، وإنتاج البحوث، والقيام بتواصل دبلوماسي مكثف على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي. تهدف هذه النقاشات اليمنية إلى رفد جهود السلام الرسمية التي تقودها الأمم المتحدة، وضمان إنشاء منبر يتسم بالشمول ويجمع الجهات اليمنية لاستنباط رؤية مشتركة لمستقبل اليمن.
