Aisha Gubari is a deaf entrepreneur and trainer dedicated to breaking down barriers that prevent deaf women from engaging in political life and highlighting their crucial role in Yemeni society. She serves as the chairperson of the Wyam Youth Foundation for Development, where she focuses on empowering deaf women to actively participate in political processes and peacebuilding initiatives in Yemen. She has participated in several international conferences and events, including the Model United Nations (MUN) conference in Yemen, and has also engaged in discussions with global officials on the inclusion of deaf individuals in peacebuilding efforts and the essential support needed for their full empowerment.
