Noor Makki is a community activist focused on cultural and environmental issues in Al-Mahra governorate. She holds a Master's degree in Administrative Science from Hadhramawt University. Currently, she serves as the acting director of the Soqotra Center for Humanities and Strategic Studies and the director of the Information Systems Department at the General Authority for Fisheries in Al-Mahra. She is a media officer at the Mehri Language Center for Studies and Research.
