The Future Foundation for Development and Peacebuilding (FFDP) is a local Yemeni organization that works on developing the skills of marginalized groups through mechanisms of integrating marginalized individuals into society by engaging youth and women in a number of projects and offering training courses that focus on peacebuilding mechanisms and community coexistence.
The FFDP is committed to gender equality and diversity. Its staff is composed of 50% marginalized individuals and 50% from the general community, with an equal gender representation at the management level.
