Muhsin Ramadan is an expert on Yemen’s borders who was Secretary to the Head of the Yemeni National Borders Committee in 1995, the Chair of the Negotiation Committees Affairs Department in the Technical Border Office 1997-2001, a member of the Border Demarcation Committee between Yemen and Saudi Arabia in 2000 and head of the Yemeni Border Demarcation Committee from 2003 to 2012, and a member of Yemeni teams to both the military committee and the committee to organize border authorities. He was later the deputy director of the Sana’a-based Technical Border Office from 2001 to 2003, when he was appointed as the head of the Technical Border Office. He is currently the Deputy Chair of the Technical Committee for the Limits of the Continental Shelf of the Republic of Yemen, based in Sana’a.
