Omar Saleh Yaslm BaHamid is the former Vice Dean for Student Affairs at the College of Oil and Minerals in Shabwa. He was recently appointed Director of the Office of Planning and International Cooperation in the governorate. He was the head of the Shabwa Vision 2025 team in 2017 and has a background in development and economics.
