Holding a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, her academic background spans across Yemen, Nigeria, Malaysia, the U.S., and Japan, enriching her expertise with a diverse cultural and political perspective. Dr. Alkubati’s work, notable for bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical policy applications, focuses on the experiences of Arab women, informing SDG-aligned policy interventions and shaping international cooperation in the MENA region. As an adjunct lecturer at Toyo Gakuen University, she teaches Politics, Economics, and International Relations, integrating her extensive fieldwork and insights into a curriculum that emphasizes a global comparative perspective on gender, peace, and human security.
